Jacksonville University Projects
CCE provided a host of services for the University. Services for these project included; selected contract reviews, approval of draw requests, preparation of punch lists, and monitoring of the construction. Additional services follow:
Student Housing and Parking Garage
Assisted in all phases of the contract negotiations for this $30million project
• Attended and participated in design meetings and made informed suggestions and comments as appropriate
• Assisted in value engineering efforts
• Facilitated shop drawings reviews
Parking Garage
Davis Student Center
Led the value engineering effort with the architect and contractor to reduce the cost by $500,000 on a $2.5 million renovation project.

• Performed due diligence for the development
including survey, environmental and geotechnical investigations
• Hired the architect and civil engineer for the project
• Conducted reviews of the site & building design
