John Cobb & Charlie Clark |
Combined, the principals of CCE have more than eighty years in working with the design and construction industry with extensive experience in industrial, commercial, residential and public sector projects.

| John Cobb, PE, DBIA. Prior to founding CCE, Cobb established an excellent reputation in the design-build industry, directing design and construction of industrial, commercial, medical/ heath care, housing and public sector projects across the US and several international locations. He retired from Haskell in 2004 as its Executive Vice President and COO where he was responsible for all project delivery business units which included more than 1300 employees. Cobb holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering | Charlie Clark, has a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from MIT. His 40 years of professional experience started as a design engineer and later as a civil engineering manager. After coming to Florida and Haskell in 1984, he managed inter-disciplinary design groups on commercial, institutional, industrial, public sector, and infrastructure projects, while remaining significantly involved with the civil engineering and land entitlements of those projects. Activities he performs regularly for CCE's clients. |
